Payment and Cancellation Policy
Please read the following carefully.
1. Payment:
To secure a place on one of our courses we require a minimum deposit of €50 to be paid upon booking.
Payment in full can also be made.
Either payment will reserve a place for the student.
On receipt of the application and deposit an official acknowledgment will be issued.
Parents / Guardians who chose to pay deposit only will be sent outstanding balance reminder emails periodically until the full course fee has been received.
The balance of the course fee is payable 10 weeks prior to the course start date.
Coláiste Chorcaí reserves the right to treat a booking as cancelled due to non-payment of the balance by the due date and, in that event, the deposit as already paid shall be forfeited in full and no refund of deposit shall be paid.
2. Availability of Courses
Any booking for courses placed through this site is made subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any individual or to refuse any booking for a course.
Coláiste Chorcaí reserves the right to change course schedules, with reasonable notice, and to postpone or cancel a course.
In the event of cancellation, the Coláiste Chorcaí will refund all fees paid.
3. Cancellation Policy
- At least four weeks notice in writing of cancellation must be given before a refund will be made - minus an administration fee (€30)
- All cancellations must be in writing by means of email to colaistechorcai@gmail.com
- The full fee is forfeited In the event of cancellation less than 1 month prior to the course start date.
- Course bookings can be transferred up to 1 month prior to the course start date subject to availability.
- An administration charge of €30 will be charged for all cancellations processed.
